By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Garnish is intended only for adults who are legally permitted to consume alcoholic beverages in their jurisdiction. You must be at least 18 years old and meet the legal drinking age where you live. We do not currently verify age, so please use the Service responsibly and comply with local laws.

You can create an account with a valid email address. Please keep your login details secure and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use. If you would like to access, export, or delete your data, contact us at contact@garnishdrinks.com or use the contact form on the Service and we will help.
3. What Garnish Offers
Garnish provides information about cocktails, bars, and related topics. You can rate content, leave comments, and save your favorite finds. There are no paid features today, but we may introduce premium apps or services in the future through platforms like the Apple App Store or Google Play. Their respective refund policies will apply to those purchases.
4. Community Expectations
Garnish is a place for enthusiasts to share and discover drinks together. Please be kind and respectful in your interactions. We may moderate user content, but we do not promise to review everything. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that we believe violate these expectations or otherwise disrupt the community.
5. Your Content and Intellectual Property
While True Inc. owns the Service and its original content. When you submit or post content to Garnish, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Service. If you believe your copyright or other rights have been infringed, please contact us at the email or form mentioned above.
6. Third-Party Services
We may connect the Service to third parties such as Vercel for hosting, Google Analytics for analytics, Google Ads, and affiliate partners for offers. These services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content, products, or services provided by third parties.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we will handle your personal data as described in that policy.
8. Changes and Availability
We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date below. If you continue using Garnish after updates, you agree to the new Terms. Garnish may operate worldwide, but availability can vary based on local laws. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, at our discretion.
9. No Warranties and Limited Liability
Garnish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of cocktail information or third-party listings. To the fullest extent allowed by law, While True Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users or third parties.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it together. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 60 days, both you and While True Inc. agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration under Delaware law. This means we each waive the right to a jury trial or class action. The arbitration will take place in Delaware or another mutually agreed location.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any legal action, to the extent allowed outside arbitration, will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
